Backward Pass Calculations in Precedence Diagram Method (PDM), compute the latest dates by which each construction activity can be performed without increasing the projects minimum duration. As the name implies, this calculation step starts at the last activity in the schedule and proceeds backward through the schedule until the Late Start value is computed for the schedule's beginning activity.
