A Value Chain Analysis (VCA) is a process where a firm identifies its primary and support activities that add value to its final product and then analyzes these activities to reduce costs and increase efficiency. As per the Academic Research, the Value Chain diagram is based on the process view of organizations, and the idea behind it seeing a manufacturing organization as a system, made up of subsystems each with inputs, outputs, and transformation processes. The attached Academic Research Value Chain Analysis has two divisions: one shows theories of cross-subject analysis, database management, practical examples, participants engagement, and application that has commercial and non-profit uses of these theories.
