An end customer value chain is a business concept that represents the creation of value for a customer. As shown in the below image, the end customer value chain is similar to the supply chain, which charts the final stages of production and the sale of the last good to the end-user. A Value Chain Analysis (VCA) is a process where a firm identifies its primary and support activities that add value to its final product and then analyzes these activities to reduce costs and increase efficiency. The below image shows the parts to the end stage of the customer's value chain cycle. It starts with how the employees of a company supply raw material to start the process, which is followed by potential entrants, backward integration, competitors, and substitutes. The final stage of the value chain shows how the customer accesses the information on the mobile phone.
