Data architectures address data in storage, data in use, and data in motion; descriptions of data stores, data groups, and data items; and mappings of those data artifacts to data qualities, applications, locations, etc. As shown in the below architecture diagram, the goal of any data architecture is to show the organization's infrastructure how data is acquired, transported, stored, queried, and secured. It should be noted here that infrastructure architecture is a structured and modern approach for supporting an organization and facilitating innovation within an enterprise. It concerns modeling the hardware elements across an enterprise and the relationship between them.
