This is a short and simple sequence chart template. There are four big boxes in a vertical line for students to fill in with the events that come one after the other. Each box has enough space for students to write a few lines about the event they are describing. Students should be encouraged to fill in this chart in a chronological manner so that they can easily remember what event comes after the other.
