Business Process Management or Business Process Management approach, both leading to the BPM acronym, is used all the time in the business world. In the below example, we have two processes that come under job opening that communicate through message flow. It should be noted here that each process is contained in a pool. A pool can contain only one business process, and distinct business processes must each be contained in a specific pool. The interaction between processes takes place through communication, using the message flow connector. The artifact group ( group ) is an element of visual notation that can signal activity groups giving them some prominence. The group is a simple annotation and does not influence the process flow and can even be drawn crossing lanes and pools. It is represented by a rectangle with rounded edges and a dashed line.
