A spider chart is a two-dimensional chart type designed to plot one or more series of values over multiple quantitative variables. Each variable has its axis; all axes are joined in the figure’s center to give more like a radar kind of a feel to the diagram. HR managers can use the spider or web chart to analyze two employees’ performance on similar grounds in a company.
