The stove, sink and the fridge is close to each other because when you make a dish it will be more faster to do and there is a big counter close to the sink, stove, and fridge so you can work in a comfortable and big space when following the procedures or steps of the food you are making.
There are also 2 dining tables because just incase your cousin's family come there will be a dining table for them, and there are 2 dining tables just incase guests will come.
