In the left middle section, there is the word create, represented by presentation/visualization, descriptive, predictive and prescriptive, along with each description in front. On the lower part of the left side, there is manage & model. This encompasses diagnosis and clinical decision support, performance management, population health, community-based management, clinical research, data & curation and data governance & ethics. There is a separate section on the left side, named service design/ data services, and then more to the right the margin improvements, followed by improved outcomes and lower cost structures.
