Fire control and other security measures are crucial for any type of building plan. That is why fire and security elements are included in reflected ceiling plans. Based on the type of security measure, there are different types of elements and corresponding symbols. For example, in terms of emergency, some common elements are the emergency circuit single, duplex, or quadruplex outlet, emergency lights, emergency signs, emergency release button, etc. Different fire alarm symbols are also found among the elements, which include but are not limited to the fire alarm bell, the fire alarm central station, fire sprinkler head, etc. A smoke detector or smoke alarm is also a very common element. Symbols for the push button, the buzzer, the sound system, and others are also found in a reflected ceiling plan.
