This diagram is an organizational chart. These organizational charts are used to organize a group of people or functions. They are also used for the reader to understand how the internal structure of a company is designed and how they relate to other aspects of the company or organization. In this example, we have one main root that stems out from four different branches. In turn, those stem out to further branches in the company that relate to different positions. Usually, organization charts can also divide a company or organization into different sections for ease of leading. In this organizational chart, we have a game studio chart. The CEO is at the top, then below there are four other branches. From left to right is the chief development director, which is then divided into three other branches. In the hierarchy from top to bottom is game designer, programming manager and art manager.
