University Student Entity-Relationship Diagram below shows that there are several entities, like Student (Student_id, Student_name), Department (department_id, department_name), Student Document (Passport, Student_image, Identity_documents, document_id, defense_id), Personal Information (First_name, middle_name, last_name, information_id, religion, house_number, disorders_disease, mother_phone_number, father_phone_number, father_occupation, gender, date_of_birth), Collage (Collage_ID, Collage_name), University (University_ID, University_name), Student Registration Info (Date_of_Admission, Stage, Registeration_ID, Class, Exam_Result, Certified, Date_of_Graduation). This Student Registration system database was made based on student registration management requirements. The system can encode the student's information upon registration. The admin can have access to the students' status and their transactions. They can handle the data needed in managing information and record the requests made by the students.
