This flow chart depicts how a task is accomplished in a series of steps. It begins with communicating the job to the employees, giving them a timeline, getting to work, and completing the given task. It can result either in success or failure. And, in the last step, we analyze whether the job was finished in the given time or not? If the answer is yes, the task was a success. Otherwise, we can term it a failure. It is the output of the job, and employees doing their bit is the input. Giving a deadline was the process, and monitoring the period of its execution was the decision part of the process.
