This Apple Organizational Chart illustrates the company's hierarchical and functional structure. The late Steve Jobs, the company's founder and former CEO created such a structure to ensure the focused realization of his unique ideas and clear vision. Since Tim Cook took over as CEO of Apple in August 2011, the company's organizational structure has undergone some changes.
