This PFD presents the crumb rubber production plant for the production of Modified Bitumen. Crumb rubber is recycled rubber made from discarded tires from automobiles and trucks. Steel and tire cable (fluff) are removed throughout the recycling process, leaving tire rubber with a granular consistency.
