Here's an ecomap and genogram template. An eco-map is a graphical depiction of all of the systems that operate in a person's life. Individual and family therapy using ecomaps is utilized in social work and nursing. Ecomaps, as opposed to genograms, are a useful tool for assessing who a kid or young person finds significant, with whom they have close ties, and how they see the people around them. These graphic representations resemble genograms.
