UML Sequence Diagrams templates are the interaction diagrams that show how operations are performed. They record the interaction of objects within the context of a collaboration. Sequence Diagrams templates are time-focused, and they visually represent the order of the interaction by using the vertical axis of the diagram to represent time, what messages are sent, and when. Sequence Diagrams depict elements as they interact over time and are organized horizontally and vertically (vertically). In a sequence diagram, time is all about ordering rather than duration. In an interaction diagram, the vertical space is unimportant for the course of the interaction.
