A plot plan example is a bird's-eye view of the entire property. It is a plan, drawing, or diagram created by an architect, surveyor, engineer, or landscape architect that depicts all of the major features, buildings, and structures on a property. Plot plan example also includes abutting roads and the new proposed buildings or structures at a defined scale. All exterior additions or new systems must have plot plans. The plot plan may be used to assist the Planning Department in determining any conflicts during the zoning, variance, or building permit review process.
