This Marvel vs. DC movie timeline depicts an intercompany crossover comic book miniseries published by DC Comics and Marvel Comics from April to May 1996. Marvel and Marvel's issues #2-3 as Marvel vs. DC. Ron Marz and Peter David wrote the series, which Dan Jurgens and Claudio Castellini illustrated. Marvel Comics superheroes faced off against their DC counterparts in this special crossover series. Reader ballots were distributed in advance to comic book stores to determine the outcome of each battle. Two god-like brothers representing the DC and Marvel Universes become aware of each other's existence.
