This DACI vs. RACI diagram demonstrates a significant overlap between the DACI and RACI frameworks. The Responsible teammate in the RACI framework is the one who does the work to complete the task. If necessary, they can delegate the work. RASCI is a version of RACI that includes an S for those in Supporting roles. Another distinction between RACI and DACI is the A role; Accountable versus Approver. In RACI, the Accountable teammate is the one who must account for the project's completion or the correct decision.
