This Kanban Chart is a project management method based on task visualization and limiting the amount of work that can be processed simultaneously. This is accomplished using a board with task cards - either a physical board with sticky notes or a digital panel with virtual cards. Kanban requires you to divide your work into tasks and distribute them across at least three columns: to do, doing, and done. Then, you're supposed to set a Work-In-Progress (WIP) limit, which specifies how many tasks can be in the Doing column at any time. You can select a WIP limit for each person or project.
