Andy Williams first Christmas holiday album, and his twelfth studio album overall, contains the andy williams christmas songs. It was released by Columbia Records in 1963 and was the first of eight Christmas albums released by Williams. Despite the fact that this was the album that introduced Williams perennial holiday classic Its the Most Wonderful Time of the Year, Columbia chose to release Williams cover of White Christmas as the albums promotional single at the time. Billboard published special weekly Christmas Albums and Christmas Singles sales charts from 1963 to 1973.
