The organizer can assign the role of coorganizer meeting to up to ten specific people they invite to their meeting. Coorganizers will be granted the majority of the meetings capabilities, including the ability to access and modify meeting options. Although an organizations IT administrator determines the default participant settings, the meeting organizer may want to change them for a specific meeting. These changes can be made by the organizer via the Meeting options web page.
