Microsoft Azure Functions is a serverless computing platform that lets developers run code without needing to provision or manage infrastructure. It is a service from Microsoft Azure that lets developers easily build and deploy business logic code that runs in the cloud, triggered by events inside or outside the Azure platform. Azure functions can be easily represented in a diagram format, which consists of the triggers, actions, and configurations necessary for the function to run effectively. Functions can be triggered in response to events such as an incoming HTTP request, a timer going off, or data being added to an Azure storage container. When a function is triggered, it calls an input interface known as an injector which provides the necessary keys and data needed for the function to be executed. The output of a function can then be sent back to another service, such as a database or queue on Azure. Create a similar design using the free templates and symbols provided by EdrawMax.
