An Activity-on-Node diagram, also known as an AON diagram, is a visual diagram that displays the precedence of activities in how they are to be completed in a project. It is essentially a graphical representation of all of the tasks and their corresponding dependencies, which makes it easy to quickly identify how activities relate to one another. In addition to displaying the task order, this diagram also shows the sequence in which activities need to occur for successful project completion. Use EdrawMax to create a detailed AON diagram to illustrate the activity precedence diagram.
