聽NassiShneiderman diagrams NSDs are sometimes referred to as structograms or by their initials. In 1972, two grad students at SUNYStony Brook, Isaac Nassi and Ben Shneiderman created it. Schematic representations of structured programs are called NassiShneiderman diagrams. NassiShneiderman Diagrams are structured flow charts with boxes within boxes. A NassiShneiderman diagram is used for software development to map out the program's logic and serve as a guide.
