This flow chart shows the operation of the hydrogen generation unit. Starting with the "NGL Recovery" process at the top, propane is recovered and purified through the use of NGL tanks, natural gas tanks, propane dehydrators, propane separators, PSA dryers and other equipment. Next is the "Hydrogen Purification" process, in which hydrogen is purified through hydrogen tanks, PSA dryers and other equipment. Finally, there is the "Reforming to Hydrogen" process, in which heavy oil is reformed to produce hydrogen through heavy oil tanks, preheating steam packages, solvent reforming reactors, spent catalyst regeneration reactors and other equipment.
