The above diagrams shows the overall view of the systems. It shows the complete structure of the Hotel Management System. In the system, there are three actors which are Guest, Admin and receptionist. The guest user can perform different actions which are Register, Login, Cancel Booking, Book Room, Check Room Availability and Make payments. The Receptionist can Manage Guests, Login, Cancel Bookings, and Check Room Availability. The last actor is Admin which can Admin Login, Manage Users, Manage Database and Manage Rooms.
