The customers are associated with a loyalty program where they earn certain points through transactions involving some products. These points are used to get rewards which are again associated with the loyalty program. The diagram highlights the integration of the stores with the purchase transactions for the products and the purchases themselves facilitating the management of the customer reward and redemption system.
