The entity relationship diagram depicts an employee management system. An Organization entity can add multiple Departments, each with a unique contact number, email, and manager. This forms a "one-to-many" relationship. Each Department’s manager oversees activities, adds employees, monitors progress, and assigns tasks. An employee can only have one task at a time, creating a "one-to-one" relationship. However, a manager can assign multiple tasks to multiple employees simultaneously, establishing a "many-to-many" relationship.
